Babator's mission is to be the leading provider to publishers and advertisers of rich and relevant online videos recommendations, making online videos viewing a more enjoyable and attractive experience for the viewers. Babator’s products, software, algorithms and other Babator's Software Licensing Services are designed to increase video views and improve the match between videos and the viewer's preferences ("Services").
Babator is always working to make its Babator's Software Licensing Services better. One of the ways of doing that is by analyzing information. Babator collects, receives and analyses information about viewers in order to figure out what viewers might be interested in. This helps Babator serve more engaging video recommendations and facilitate more effective online video consumption.
Information Babator Collects & Receives
Babator collects and receives information about you in several ways:
Information Babator collects or receives when you use Babator's Services: Babator collects or receives information when you make use of Babator's Services. Babator collects some of this information using HTML5 Local Storage, web beacons, and other technologies. Depending on how you access and make use of Babator's Services, Babator may receive:
Log information. This is information Babator automatically collects and stores when you make use of Babator's Services. It may include, for example:
Information about your interactions with the websites, apps and other online services you use, the pages and videos you view, the time at which you view the pages and the videos, and information in HTML5 Local Storage and similar technologies;
Information about how you access those websites, apps and other online services, your browser or operating system, the version of your browser or operating system, your Internet Protocol (IP) address. Babator does not store your IP address.
Device information. This is information Babator automatically collects and stores about the device you use when you access Babator's Services. Device information includes, for example:

Location information. This information can include, for example, your device's GPS signal, when you use location-enabled services.
Information from third-party sources: Babator may receive additional information about you that is publicly or commercially available and combine that with the information Babator has collected or received about you in other ways.

If you view online video, Babator may use your log information to provide you with videos based on the videos you have previously viewed.
To improve Babator's Services: Babator also uses the information collected and received to recommend content and advertising that people are likely to find relevant and engaging. For example:
If Babator notices that users of a certain website prefer a specific video, in a specific context, Babator might put that video in the same context on the website, for future users;
If Babator notices that users are reacting favorably to a certain video, Babator might recommend the same video to new users with similar behavioral characteristics on the same website.
How Babator Shares the Information It Collects and Receives
Babator may share information with:
Affiliates or other parties in connection with certain business transactions: In the event that the ownership of Babator or an affiliate or their assets changes as a result of a merger, acquisition, sale of assets, or in the unlikely event of a bankruptcy, your information may be transferred to another company. If Babator believes a transfer results in a material change in the use of the information Babator has collected or received about you, you will be given the opportunity to opt out of the transfer.

Video publishers who may provide online videos that are tailored to their viewers’ preferences.
It's important to remember that Babator doesn't control the privacy practices of these companies' services, and therefore Babator encourages you to read the privacy policies of their services before connecting to them.
"Do Not Track" Signals
Some web browsers may transmit "do not track" signals to the websites and other online services, with which the browser communicates. There is no standard that governs what, if anything, websites should do when they receive these signals. Babator currently does not take action in response to these signals. If and when a standard for responding is established, Babator may revisit its policy on responding to these signals.
Babator's Commitment to Security
Although no one can guarantee the security of the information collected and received, Babator does employ a number of safeguards intended to mitigate the risk of unauthorized access or disclosure of this information. Examples of the types of safeguards Babator may undertake (depending on the circumstances) include:
